Every February, you’ll receive a survey asking what you’d like us to do to open up your house for the Summer (we’ll even buy your beach tags for you!). Every August, we’ll send a similar survey asking what we can do to help close down your house and maintain it while you’re away. Anytime during the year, you’ll have 24/7 access to our team on the ground, so we can address any issues that arise.
