Every week, we’ll inspect your home and send you a detailed report highlighting any issues. We’ll check your pipes and thermostats daily when the weather is colder than 25 degrees, and for leaks immediately after major storms.
Your Home Concierge of Avalon & Stone Harbor serves Avalon, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, and Strathmere. Our home concierge services allow you to completely outsource the care of your shore home. We watch your home when you’re not there. And when there’s something you need in your shore home, we’re the only team you ever have to call.
Every week, we’ll inspect your home and send you a detailed report highlighting any issues. We’ll check your pipes and thermostats daily when the weather is colder than 25 degrees, and for leaks immediately after major storms.
Every week, we’ll give you the choice to have us address any of the issues that arise in our inspections. Every February, we’ll send you a survey asking what you’d like us to do to open up your house for the Summer (we’ll even buy your beach tags for you!). Every August, you’ll get a similar survey asking what we can do to help close down your house and maintain it while you’re away. Anytime during the year, you’ll have access to a phone number answered by one of our teammates, 24/7, so we can address any issues that arise.
Includes a weekly housecheck (daily during inclement weather) along with detailed report; a reduced management fee on any subcontractors we use; access to 24/7 member phone number, open-up survey in February; and close-down survey in August. During the months when your membership isn’t active, you can still call us any time, you’ll just pay our standard management fee. If you’d like to use us as a general contractor to conduct any major work on your home, we’ll gladly talk it through with you.

While you are using the home, instead of checking your house we’ll take your trash to and from the curb every week. Also includes a reduced management fee year-round on any subcontractors used, and access to our 24/7 member phone number. In addition to the open-up survey in February and close-down survey in August, you’ll also get an annual, detailed 2-3 hour home inspection and maintenance report.
If you truly don’t want to worry about your shore home and prefer showing up on Thursday afternoon and relaxing with your family until Sunday night rather than worrying about your home’s upkeep, then this membership is for you. We’ll sit down with you to discuss what services you want us to complete every year, including: power washing and window cleaning, furniture storage and set-up, HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler service, housekeeping, outdoor cleaning, and pool maintenance. We’ll also decide on an appropriate retainer for any light maintenance that arises. The cost depends on the size of your home and your precise needs.
