We watch your home when you’re not here; and we do everything you need to help you relax when you arrive—we’ll change a lightbulb, put out your furniture, clean your deck, powerwash, service your HVAC, completely remodel your home, and everything in between. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

In every market we serve, we offer three categories of memberships: Monthly, Annual, and Tranquility memberships. The pricing and service offerings vary from market to market, but depending on your membership level, you can expect:

  • A weekly housecheck, along with a detailed report highlighting any issues
  • The ability to call one company—and pay one bill—for everything related to the care of your second home
  • Daily thermostat, pipe, and leak checks during inclement weather
  • Seasonal surveys about open-up and close-down services for your second home
  • Access to a 24/7 members-only phone number staffed by someone who lives near your second home
  • An annual, detailed home inspection along with a recommended maintenance report
  • Your trash taken to and from the curb during the weeks you’re using your second home
  • Reduced overhead rates on any subcontractors we use to service your home
